- 150 grams Petite-cut carrots
- 400 grams Yukon gold potatoes, cut into bite-size cubes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 300 grams Finely sliced yellow onions
- 1000 grams Boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
