- 1/4 cup Powder Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk, can be heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Powder Sugar, for dusting over
