- 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- All-purpose flour for dusting
- 36 round dumpling wrappers
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sliced scallion
- Chopped red chile & toasted sesame seeds to taste
