Ingredients
- 4 ears corn on the cob (silks removed, husks pulled back over clean corn)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1 dash salt to taste for each cob
- 1 handful chopped cilantro
- 4 lime wedges
- 1 dash Cayenne to taste
