Hamburger Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 pound lean ground beef
- 30 ounce bag of frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 10 ounce cans of cream of chicken
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounce block of sharp cheddar cheese, grated (equal to 2 cups pre-shredded)
