Ingredients
- 2.5 c all-purpose flour, for rolling surface
- 1 t kosher salt
- 8 oz (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 0.25 c ice water, maybe a bit more
- 2 c cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 shallot minced
- 1 clv garlic, peeled and minced
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 T fresh oregano leaves, minced
- 1 large egg yolk, lightly beaten with 1 tablespoon water, for egg wash
