- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon k osher salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
- 2 wide strips lemon zest (made using a vegetable peeler)
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Extra olive oil , for drizzling
- Extra chopped herbs
