- 6 large eggs
- 3 ounces sugar, or a scant 1/2 cup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 ounces bourbon (or brandy)
- 18 ounces heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
