Salsa Verde Queso
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 8oz White Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 8 oz pepperjack cheese, cubed
- 4 oz white American cheese (found at the deli counter)
- 1/2 cup salsa verde
- 4 oz diced green chilis
- 2 Tbsp chopped pickled jalapenos (fresh if you like extra hot)
