- 1 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 cup store-bought lemon curd (such as Bonne Maman)
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
- 62 shortbread cookies (15 oz., such as Lorna Doone)
- Toasted sliced almonds and lemon twists, for garnish
