- 32 oz Ricotta Cheese (part-skim)
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 Eggs (large)
- 16 oz Mascarpone
- 1-3.4 oz box Instant Strawberry Creme Pudding
- 1 c Milk
- Fresh strawberries for topping
