- 1 red bell pepper, ribs and seeds removed, cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, ribs and seeds removed, cut into strips

- 1 lb. fresh or frozen or 12 oz. dried wheat noodles (such as udon, ramen, or bucatini)
