Sausage Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb mild pork sausage
- 1 lb hot pork sausage
- 1 (30 ounce) package frozen hash browns
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 -3 spring onions, finely chopped (I added this to the recipe)
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped chili peppers (also added by me)
