- 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons Red wine
- 1 Potato, cut into cubes
- 1 Carrot, sliced and diced
- 1 cup Diced onion
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 sprig Fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 Egg, beaten
