Steamed Mussels in White Wine Sauce
Ingredients
- 10 lbs Mussels (cleaned and sorted )
- 750 ml Dry White Wine
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 3 shallots (chopped)
- 8 Tbsps unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers (roasted and coarsely chopped)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp lemon juice (juice of one lemon)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
