Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 pounds (1kg) ripe tomatoes (chopped)
- ¼ Cup (50g) flour
- 2 ½ Cups (600ml) milk
- ¼ Cup (60g) butter
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon basil optional.
- 2 ounces (55g) Serrano ham (for topping) - optional
- Salt to taste
