Cheesy Herbed Corn Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs (I used parsley, rosemary, and thyme)
