- 1 pound organic ground turkey (or chicken/beef - optional)
- 3 yams/sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 head celery
- 5 carrots, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cans baked beans, top liquid drained off
- 2 red peppers, chopped
- 2 large cans whole peeled tomatoes
- 2-4 cups organic chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- sea salt and pepper to taste
