Ingredients
- 2 Cans of Tuna (drained)
- 1 Whole Cauliflower
- 4 ounces Mushrooms (blend or whatever you have) I used a mix of crimini, shiitake and oyster
- 1 Jar of Marinated Artichokes
- 1/2 Onion
- 5 ounces Goat Cheese(or more if you like cheese!)
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 bunch Fried Onion Strings
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1/2 Box of whatever pasta you would like
