• 3 cloves
• 1 one inch cinnamon stick
• 1/2 cup fried onions
• 3 big onion coarsely ground
• 2 tsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1.5 tsp turmeric powder
• 3 tbsp mustard oil
• 2 tbsp ghee
• 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
• 2 tsp sugar
• salt to taste
