- 3 dried dates
- 3 slices proscuitto
- 1/4 cup salted cashews
- for the harissa vinaigrette:
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon harissa
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- grind or two of black pepper
