Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 2 small shallots, peeled and finely chopped
- 3 inch piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch of chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 30 wheat spring roll wrappers, 6 inches square
- 1 banana or 1 beaten egg, for sealing
- Coconut oil or sunflower oil, for pan-frying
- Caramelized Shallot Sambal Bawang , for serving
