Ingredients
- 3 French Haricot Verts (Leave the tail end on, and trim the other end, this gives a nice appearance)
- 2 Cloves of Garlic thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Peperoncino (Red Pepper Flakes)
- 3-4 Vine Ripe Roma Tomatoes or Plum Tomatoes (Fire roasted or blanched with skin removed)
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 3-4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 handful Fresh Torn Basil Leaves
