  • 3 tbsp Tamari sauce
  • 2 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tbsp Aged Balsamic (or Balsamic glaze – you want to use the thick syrupy stuff)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste.
