- 625 ml double cream
- 120 g icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (optional)
- 250 g white chocolate
- 250 ml double cream
- 200 g strawberries (chopped)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp red food colouring gel (optional)
