Imperial Stout Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound new potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups beef stock or broth
- 1 1/2 cups Imperial Stout or Guinness
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons parsley leaves
