Ingredients
- * 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- * 1 1/2 tablespoon sooji (rava or semolina) sooji
- * 1 teaspoon ginger paste or freshly grated or crushed
- * 2 green chilie chopped finely or crushed into mortar, pestle
- * 1/2 teaspoon citric acid (nimboo ful) you can replace it with 1
- teaspoon of lemon juice
- * salt to taste
- * 1 teaspoon oil
- * 3/4 cup water
- * 2 teaspoon eno fruit salt
- for tadka (tempering) :
- * 1 tablespoon oil
- * 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
- * 1 teaspoon sesame seed
- * 2-3 green chilie sliced
- * 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- * 1/2 cup water
- for garnishing:
- * 1 tablespoon dessicated coconut or freshly grated coconut
- * few cilantro or coriander leaf chopped finely
