- For the Lemon Mascarpone Cream Filling:
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Dixie Crystals Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
