- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 heaping tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1/2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
- scant 1/4 cups soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- For the tacos:
- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 cup prepared black beans
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup leafy lettuce
- Lime crema
- Extra lime wedges for serving
