- 1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 16-ounce jar Dulce de Leche (available at The Peppermill)
- 1/2 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
