- 2 cups water

- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon sumac
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh parsley leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Pomegranate molasses, for garnish
