- 8 cups finely diced yellow onions
- 3 bolillo buns (large sandwich rolls)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 1/2 cups ketchup
- 3 cups distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dry rub
- 1/4 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 1/2 cups honey
