- 150 g clear honey
- 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 325 g gluten free flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
