- 1 (5-ounce) potato , peeled, quartered, and boiled until tender, mashed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Kashmir chile powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
