Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large bulb fennel, thinly sliced (about 2 cups), plus1/4cup fennel fronds
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons lingonberry preserves
- 6 hot dogs
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- Six 6-inch pieces lefse (or 6-inch flour tortillas), warmed
