- 2 tbsp. white miso paste
- 2 tsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- Vegetable oil, for grill
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. grated ginger (from a 2" piece)
- 2 tbsp. water
- 4 tsp. maple syrup or agave
- 4 scallions, green parts thinly sliced, white parts finely chopped
- Toasted sesame seeds, for serving
