• 600ml (2 1/2 cups) heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
• 100g (3.5-oz) Oreos, or cookie of your choice
• You will also need two or three 20x30cm (8x12-inch) brownie tins and an electric handheld whisk.
