- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 8 ounces fresh ricotta
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon preserved lemon, small dice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- black pepper, freshly ground
