- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups cooked short-grain rice (prepared according to manufacturer's instructions)
- 1/3 cup chopped kimchi (radish or cabbage)
- 1 scallion, cut into matchsticks
- 1 tablespoon black or white sesame seeds
- -- Asian chili paste, preferably Korean (kochujang)
