  • 9 oz / 250 gms of kang kong leaves (Ipomoea aquatica) washed & cut
  • 4 tablespoon roasted sesame oil (or coconut oil if you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup roasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Sweet Sour sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses (dark brown sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour (rice or tapioca starch if not avaivalbe)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon of red or green chili sauce(optional)
