Ingredients
- 10 oz / 300 gram Tofu skin
- 5 oz / 150 gms of sprouts
- 9 oz / 250 gms of kang kong leaves (Ipomoea aquatica) washed & cut
- 4 tablespoon roasted sesame oil (or coconut oil if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup roasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Sweet Sour sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon molasses (dark brown sugar)
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour (rice or tapioca starch if not avaivalbe)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon of red or green chili sauce(optional)
