- 1 16-oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon roasted garlic ; chopped (bottled is fine)
- 1 can (14 oz) Beef broth
- 3/4 cup Red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper ; freshly ground
- 8 ounces mushrooms ; sliced
- 1/2 cup Water
- 8 ounces uncooked noodles
