Ingredients
- 1 napa cabbage, washed and shredded
- 2 inches of peeled fresh ginger chopped
- 3 large garlic cloves chopped
- 15 mint leaves, shredded
- 6 green onions green only slivered
- 1/4 red onion sliced in thin strips
- 1 fresh red bell pepper cut in strips
- 1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked, crumbled
- 2 tbsp of white rice, dry toasted in a pan, ground in a mortar and pestle
- Dressing
- 3 tbsp of lime juice
- 2 tbsp of lemon grass paste (buy it!! in produce)
- 2 tbsp of fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp of tamarind paste
- 2 packets of splenda or 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of crushed dried red thai chili pepper
- 1 tbsp of water to thin out dressing
