- 5 pieces curry leaves (kadi patta)

- 2 pieces chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 0.5 teaspoon chopped green chillies
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander (dhania)
