  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste (or minced garlic)
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste (or minced ginger)
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • Dash (about 1/8 tsp) of cayenne or chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste - optional (if u like it thick) or 1/4 cup water (if u like it runny)
