Ingredients
- 100-150g firm tofu (or paneer/feta cheese)
- Some oil, for frying
- 3/4 cup peas
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, with juice (i used canned)
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste (or minced garlic)
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste (or minced ginger)
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Dash (about 1/8 tsp) of cayenne or chilli powder
- 1 tbsp tomato paste - optional (if u like it thick) or 1/4 cup water (if u like it runny)
