- 2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 12.5 ounces onion, chopped very finely
- 2.5 ounces fresh ginger, chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, green inside part removed, finely chopped.
- 1 cup Apple Vinegar
- 2 cups molasses
- 2 tablespoons Allspice
- 1 teaspoon chilli falkes or powder
- 3 cloves crushed
- 1 tablespoon green peppercorns crushed
