- ½ cups Diced Yellow Onion
- 2 cups Sliced Button Mushrooms
- ¼ cups Flour
- ¼ cups Red Wine
- 2 cups Beef Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature

- ⅓ cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
