- 2 tablespoons raw peanuts
- 8 chiles de arbol, destemmed (use 8-10 for more heat)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 medium cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Tostadas or tortilla chips, for serving
